En un primer moment, va comen\u00e7ar portant temes de comptabilitat i m\u00e9s tard, tamb\u00e9, es va responsabilitzar de les relacions institucionals amb empreses i entitats banc\u00e0ries. <\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Avui, el Rafael ens explica la seva experi\u00e8ncia.<\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em> <\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comtal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/rafel_ok.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-268\" title=\"rafel_ok\" src=\"https:\/\/comtal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/rafel_ok.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"263\" \/><\/a>Vaig con\u00e8ixer a la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Comtal<\/strong> gr\u00e0cies al <strong>Voluntariat <\/strong>corporatiu de l\u2019empresa en qu\u00e8 treballava. Un dia ens van avisar que una entitat organitzava una xerrada per demanar voluntaris\/es i em vaig animar a participar en el projecte, i, ja em veieu, encara estic aqu\u00ed.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest temps la meva <strong>experi\u00e8ncia <\/strong>ha estat molt <strong>positiva<\/strong>. Ajudant en q\u00fcestions comptables he reviscut els meus anys d\u2019estudiant, tot i que he hagut d\u2019adaptar-me a les noves tecnologies. D\u2019altra banda, m\u2019agrada molt la negociaci\u00f3 amb entitats banc\u00e0ries en qu\u00e8 puc reinvertir la meva experi\u00e8ncia laboral.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hi ha dos motius que m\u2019han motivat a seguir col\u2022laborant amb la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Comtal<\/strong>: el primer \u00e9s que m\u2019he sentit \u00fatil amb el projecte que es realitza any rere any, i el segon, que l\u2019equip professional que en forma part t\u00e9 persones molt professionals i amb un tarann\u00e0 molt hum\u00e0.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Article escrit per\u00a0Rafel Alberola, voluntari\u00a0de la Fundaci\u00f3 Comtal<\/strong><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Rafel Alberola \u00e9s voluntari, des de fa quatre anys, de la Fundaci\u00f3 Comtal.
